The Dynamic Runflat tyre system is designed for single piece wheels and is therefore suitable to be fitted on the vast majority of cars, SUV’s, trucks and trailers.
The Dynamic runflat allow up to 100km to be safely achieved with deflated tyres following ballistic or terrain related damage.
The Dynamic runflat is our most popular system with 1000’s currently in use globally. The system is made of 2 or 3 antiballistic composite segments, which enable up to 100km to be covered with one or more deflated tyres.
The system is lightweight and easy to fit thanks to its patented design, requiring no specialist tools.
The system can be designed to suit any single piece wheel and offers excellent inflated performance (no vibration even at speeds up to 120mph) and smooth running in deflated mode

Within the Dynamic Runflat range, we offer 3 main runflat capabilities in line with the FINABEL standard (other variants do exist based on specific clients’ requirements):-
Dynamic 15km
A 2-segment Runflat designed and manufactured to cover 15 km at 50km/h on road in deflated mode.
Dynamic 50km
A 3-segment Runflat designed and manufactured to cover 50 km at 50km/h on road (3km at escape speed up to 90km/h, 10km at 50km/h and 37km at 25km/h) or 40 km off road at 20 km/h in deflated mode.
Dynamic 100km
A 3-segment Runflat designed and manufactured to cover 100 km at 50km/h on road (3km at escape speed up to 90km/h, 22km at 50km/h and 75km at 25km/h) in deflated mode.
Integration
Dynamic Runflat systems can be fitted on to any single piece wheel and can be supplied separately or fitted onto wheels and tyres. If fitted the complete wheel assembly will be supplied balanced and inflated.
