The Beadlock system is designed to increase the mobility of a wheeled vehicle operating in soft terrain such as sand, mud or snow.
Beadlock System is a one piece cylindrical polymer, which fits around the wheel rim and secures the bead of the tyre against the wheel.
For vehicles operating in soft terrain (such as sand, mud or snow), tyre pressures are often reduced to increase mobility.
Whilst reducing the pressure increases the footprint (and therefore traction), it also increases the risk of the tyre unseating on the rim or the wheel/tyre not rotating together.
The Beadlock system secures the tyre against the wheel rim, preventing the tyre from moving inwards. This ensures the tyre and wheel rotate together in low pressure situations and significantly reduces the risk of unseating the tyre.
Being made from a single piece polymer, our Beadlock system does not degrade over time (unlike rubber alternatives), which means it can be expected to last for a large number of years. It is also lightweight and easy to fit requiring no specialist tools or equipment.

Range
The Beadlock system can be designed to suit any multi piece wheel and tyre combination and can be expected to allow the vehicle to cover long distances with tyres and low pressures and up to 5km with a completely deflated tyre.
