Military wheels can be manufactured from steel or aluminium and can be integrated with CTIS (central tyre inflation system) and Runflat systems.
Runflat Insert offer multi piece wheels designed for loads up to 5000kgs, which are available in both steel and aluminium. Designs are available as bolt together or three piece wheels and include popular sizes such as 20″ x 10″ and 20″ x 11″.
Bespoke designs are available and Runflat Insert actively work with vehicle manufacturers to provide the optimal solution.

Integration
Runflat Insert can integrate and design CTIS (Central Tyre Inflation System), allowing tyre pressure control in motion and improving vehicle mobility in difficult terrain.
Our wheels are designed to be fitted with Runflat Insert’s FINABEL approved Runflat Systems and can be supplied fitted with Runflat and tyres enabling a turnkey solution for the customer.
For multi piece wheels our Static Runflat system is required, which is lightweight and easy to fit.
